What I've done recently is go to my outfit database and look at some of my summer fits and see how I could wear them during the winter. You saw this look previously worn here. To make this work for winter, I just added my favorite cardigan and my new rugged soled boots, done and done.

Are you remixing your summer wardrobe for the colder weather, if so, how?
Coming up with blog titles has been a bit challenging, so occasionally I will use song titles for my blog posts that currently reflect my mood, my day, or my life at the moment. And to make this a little more fun, feel free to guess the name of the artist in your comments if you know it.

I just couldn't wait to put on these pony hair animal print shoes from Nine West that I got recently. I love them. It's a nice break from the leopard prints done in mass right now. These are my new favorite pair of shoes and so comfortable.
What a day it's been. Awoke to the morning news of a huge state tax hike (cried a little inside), had a busy tedious day at work (stressed a little), looked at an apartment with a gross bathroom (got the itchy's). Now after eating a PBJ sandwich(ok I had two) for dinner it's time to unwind and watch the A-Team on Netflix.
Sweater Dress - Gap
Jacket - Marshall's
Madden Girl Boots - Filene's Basement
Owl Necklace - Nabi
Still shopping my closet instead of the actual stores. I'm waiting for the ultimate end of season sales to begin when stores start stocking Spring items. My patience is going to pay off I do believe.
I have to confess, I wore this outfit a couple weeks ago. I wanted to take a picture of it then and show you my thrifted blazer, but was too tired after a long day, so here it is after I put it back on. When I thrift I find myself going straight to the blazer section looking for those great classic gems. What do you look for first on your thrifting trips?
Blazer - American Thrift Store
Skirt & Shirt - Loft
Kenneth Cole Shoes - Filene's Basement
Necklace - Forever 21
My hair has grown so much and I feel like I have a high top now, not cute...time to cut it tonight.

I thought with reaching the 100 follower milestone I'd do a giveaway as a thank you to my wonderful readers. I really wanted this giveaway to be something that I personally love, as well as support the work of a talented and creative person.
So I chose to do a giveaway of this Vintage Recycled Tote Bag handmade by none other than the talented blogger Soul Pretty.
Everyone needs a tote bag, especially if you like to shop like me, but this one is stylish. Don't you just love the zip pouch on the front?
The only requirement for this giveaway is, you must be a Google Follower of Sing'ature Style blog and leave a comment saying how you would use this bag and that you are following. This giveaway is open to my USA and International readers.
Contest ends January 21st, so get those comments in.
Lately I've been shopping my own closet and looking for things I haven't worn or photographed for the blog and came up with this outfit for work today. Once again, I'm pairing older items in my closet (the skirt is very old) with not so old things.
I used the rugged elements of the plaid shirt and harness boots and mixed it up with the lace top underneath and pearl earrings for a soft touch.
Hey there! It's been a little while. My almost two week staycation was great. Shopped, ate good, slept late, and hung out with friends and family. I can't believe it's 2011, WOW!
Vintage Dress - Very Best Vintage
Leopard Belt - Marshall's
Blazer - Old Navy
Anne Klein Boots - DSW
I've had these boots and the blazer for a number of years. Proof that classic is always better in the long run. Added a couple newer pieces like the belt and the earrings and made it instantly updated.
