Got some new eyeglasses, no not for fashion, but because I'm blind and I can't see.  Ha!  I hadn't bought any new eyeglasses for years, mainly because my prescription hasn't changed and glasses are just plain ole expensive.  But I'm really pleased with these specs.

So Comfy

I purchased this tunic walking around Rome and was drawn to a shop that was filled with pastel and earth tone clothing.  There is nothing like a comfortable item of clothing that you can wear out and about.

Spring Home Update

With Spring now permeating the air, I decided to give my home a few easy updates. The first way and my most favorite update is to simply change the textiles.  I switched out my heavy thermal curtains for sheer pattern panels from Homegoods for $12.99 for each set of panels.

I also bought a new duvet set for my bed from Homegoods for $24.99 and moved the previous living room curtains behind the bed.

(I still want to get some decorative pillows for the bed)

 

Another idea is to simply rearrange your existing art.  Since I have a gallery wall, I just updated and moved those frames from my foyer to my dining room area using a few new photos from my trip to Italy.
